Jiangsu Sunrain Group Conclusion and Praise ceremony, ie Spring Festival Get-Together was held in the Lianyungang City Gymnasium on the 1st, February, the president Xu Xinjian, general manager Wan Xuchang, together with about 2000 staff joined together, it is the reunion day, which is suitable to conclude the past year and expect the prosperous future, it is also an achievement celebration ceremony to show our staff’s charming mien.
 2007, Sunrain Group keeps fast development trend, the sales turnover increased by 100% compared to the same period of 2006, the products have been exported to more than 80 countries and area, the export ranks No.1 in solar industry, the comprehensive power ranks No.2. During the last year, many great events and enjoyable events grew up, also many excellent staff and excellent groups. General manger addressed ardent and hortative speech in the meeting, he first posted affirmation to the excellent achievement during the past year, also emphasized that in order to realize the goal to gain the No.1 in solar industry brought out by our president,  Sunrain should place the talented people as the basement, create harmonious work atmosphere, in the coming new year, we will try our best to show harmonious Sunrain and pleasant Sunrain, to reach the management goal of improving the procedure management with the efficiency center, realizing higher assets feedback rate and higher labor production rate and cutting down the cost.,

     In the meeting, president Mr. Xu prospected the historical opportunity of the great development of solar industry together with staff face to face, making Sunrain people full of confidence. In mentioning the achievements aquired in 2007, Mr. Xu said “ As far as I, the leader of the company, am concerned, the most happy thing is not to hear how many sets the staff sell, how much sale they realize, but to see the growth of the staff as well as their progress”. Mr. Xu presented “ people foremost” idea, emphasizing that we should respect and cultivate people,  think much of people’s position in development of enterprises, inspire the staff’s initiative and care for the growth of the staff. He also expressed that in the new year, the group will cooperate with Qinghua University and send 40 excellent staff to further study.
The new year awarding meeting began with chorus. Various awards are announced and the meeting was pushed to the climax. It awarded the excellent staff who worked cautiously and conscientiously and the teams who made great contributions, especillay the outstanding engineers who has done great contributions in innovation and research of technology, altogether 21 engineers have got such awards, which encouraged the Sunrain people.
Expecting the striving objective and developing blueprint, we believe: in the new year, with new hope and new tillage, through joint efforts, the objective to be Number One in the industry must be realized!
